PROJECT OVERVIEW
This family of designs was made to play off the idea of loyalty and loving your people and possessions so much that you resist the temptation that comes with lusting someone elses. Its about respect. The idea is that loyalty should inspire respect and this respect allows love to overpower lust.
The idea was inpsired by the album Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers by Kendrick Lamar. In this album the artist spoke on infidelity and how he dealt with his trauma by indulging in lustful acts then when it ultimately lead to more hurt, he returned to his loves and work towards healing and forgiveness. It echoed some views rapped on the song "Love Yours" by fellow artist J. Cole. With a play on words, Love Mine More than I Lust Yours was coined.
